Our wellness watch service is designed to give you peace of mind knowing your loved one is “safe and well” at home. We offer daily or weekly check-in phone calls, and semi-monthly wellness visits by our Care Team. Semi-monthly wellness visits include services customized to the needs of your loved one to support safe and comfortable living. In addition, at each visit, we will provide a complimentary assessment which will be provided to you to keep you informed of any changes in their ability to maintain optimal health and a safe environment at home.

Sitter Service

Companion Care is empathetic to the difficulties a family faces when a loved one is in the hospital or recuperating at home, particularly if that individual needs constant observation and care. A Companion Care Specialist is available to sit with you or your loved one in a medical facility or at home for as long as necessary. Golden Years Sitter Services are available anywhere from a few hours to 24-hours a day. While we wish every stay in a medical facility ended with instant recovery, we realize often this is not the case. If for any reason the patient should need additional care, Golden Years Companion Care Specialists are available to continue the care needed in the comfort of the patient’s home or anywhere else they may desire. End of Life Comfort Care

Comfort is an essential part of care at the end of life. It is care that helps or soothes a person who is dying. Our goal is to prevent or relieve suffering as much as possible while respecting the dying person’s wishes. Comfort needs include physical comfort, mental and emotional needs and spiritual comfort. A Companion Care Specialist will work hand in hand with the hospice agency or medical provider to fully meet the client and family’s needs. Our Companion Care specialist don’t just provide care for the client, but assist the family in many activities that need to be completed due to these circumstances.
