Our wellness watch service is designed to give you peace of mind knowing your loved one is “safe and well” at home. We offer daily or weekly check-in phone calls, and semi-monthly wellness visits by our Care Team. Semi-monthly wellness visits include services customized to the needs of your loved one to support safe and comfortable living. In addition, at each visit, we will provide a complimentary assessment which will be provided to you to keep you informed of any changes in their ability to maintain optimal health and a safe environment at home.
Sitter Service
Companion Care is empathetic to the difficulties a family faces when a loved one is in the hospital or recuperating at home, particularly if that individual needs constant observation and care. A Companion Care Specialist is available to sit with you or your loved one in a medical facility or at home for as long as necessary. Golden Years Sitter Services are available anywhere from a few hours to 24-hours a day.
